Blueberry Granola Honey Jar

August 11, 2026

This is the fast version. You can absolutely make your own granola crunch from scratch — and if you have the time, it is always worth it. But on the days when you do not, Laura's Gourmet Blueberry Bliss Crunch is a genuinely good alternative. Clean ingredients, real blueberry flavour, and a proper crunch that holds up overnight.

The Wild Mountain raw honey dissolves into the cold water and gives the whole thing a gentle, floral sweetness. Overnight in the fridge the granola absorbs fully — the texture the next morning is somewhere between a soaked oat and a soft granola, and the honey water turns into something almost like a light syrup.

When you are ready to enjoy it, add fresh berries on top. Blueberries are the obvious choice here, but strawberries or raspberries work beautifully too. Two minutes of effort the night before, and breakfast is already waiting.

What you'll need

  • 1 Kilner wide mouth 0.2 litre jar (or a cup-size jar)
  • 2/3 to 3/4 jar of Laura's Gourmet Blueberry Bliss Crunch Granola
  • 2 teaspoons of Wild Mountain 100% Raw Honey
  • Cold drinking water, filtered or fresh — enough to fill the jar
  • Simply Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon or Ground Ginger — optional, for a warm finishing touch

How to make it

  1. 1

Fill your jar about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way with the granola.

  2. 2

Squeeze in 2 teaspoons of raw honey.

  3. 3

Fill up the rest of the jar with cold drinking water.

  4. 4

Stir well so the honey dissolves and everything mixes together.

  5. 5

Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir once more.

  6. 6

Put the lid on and leave it in the fridge overnight. Breakfast is ready when you wake up.
